A hundred-year-old restaurant building has been revived in a new guise. The building has received a lot of love, and we promise to steward it with care and respect for the next hundred years. With the finest view in all of Bergen, the ambition is for Fløirestauranten to be the natural meeting point for all Bergen residents and visitors alike.
The new Brasserie has a down-to-earth, relaxed atmosphere and delightful local cuisine. In Peisestuen, you can enjoy a good drink made from ingredients sourced from nature and the seasons. Dress up and experience a 10-course sensory menu at Schou (opening in fall 2024). Or drop by the outdoor terrace to enjoy life, the city, and the view with something good to eat and drink. From ToppFløyen, you get the city's best view. This is the place to celebrate life's (and work's) many events.
The menus are a tribute to seasonal ingredients from mountains and fjords, with strong local ties. Just as Destination Fløyen aims to get visitors to enjoy nature and its opportunities, Fløirestauranten aims to bring guests closer to nature through food and drink experiences.
