Vertshuset Røros

Rammgården has a long and dramatic history, stretching back to the 17th century. The main building was transformed into a restaurant and bar in 1967, and in recent years has been carefully restored in traditional Røros style, in close collaboration with the Norwegian Directorate for Cultural Heritage.

In the backyard you’ll find 21 charming rooms, including 6 apartments with hotel standard. In addition, the historic old wool factory houses 15 unique rooms, each with its own character. 

The kitchen is the pride of Vertshuset, where quality local ingredients are transformed into gourmet meals that blend tradition with innovation.
