In the hotel's rich wine cellar, there are over a thousand different wines. The wine list at Britannia Hotel is one of the most well-stocked and diverse in the country, and in addition to the classics from well-known wineries, you will find hand-picked favorites from the previous local journalist and wine publicist, Ulf Dalheim.
The kitchen chef in Speilsalen, Bocuse d’Or silver medal-winner Christopher Davidsen, develops special snacks that are well suited to wine and which are served only in the wine bar. Small mouthfuls of the best hams, olives and cheeses, along with freshly baked bread from the hotel's own bakery.
