Since 1989, Lothes has been celebrated for its thoughtful, seasonal menus. Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible: fresh fish and shellfish from the North Sea, regional meats, and other products from nearby farms form the foundation of each dish.
The menu evolves with the seasons, offering guests à la carte, 4-course, or 7-course options – perfect for both relaxed dinners and memorable gastronomic journeys.
Beyond the main restaurant, Lothes features a cozy bar and café, while next door, Dattera til Lothe offers a more intimate dining experience. The garden, complete with herb beds and apple trees, provides one of Haugesund’s most inviting outdoor dining spaces.
