Our celebration menus range from the traditional to the innovative inspired by the fluctuating trends of modern day – but always based on Bellevue’s own quality traditions.


SPECIALITIES

Mathilde’s meals – The name comes from Mathilde Jernstrøm who opened the restaurant together with her husband, Erik Herman Jernstrøm, in 1899. These menus are exact replicas of the meals served at Bellevue in those early days when Mathilde ran the kitchen. These luxurious menus provide a mouth-watering insight into the high society of Bergen 100 years ago, and are an important feature of the restaurant’s culinary heritage.

Lyststedet Bellevue has three different menus – Historical, Traditional and Modern.
