Cuisine at Frognerseteren
Frognerseter has a classical Norwegian cuisine with an emphasis on game and fish. Our culinary profile is based on traditional cooking with principally Norwegian ingredients.
Frognerseter provides a large selection of different buffets (herring, cured meats, seafood etc.). Our chefs are at the forefront of developing new dishes using traditional methods. We are well-known for our use of natural ingredients, such as shoots from spruce trees or dandelions. We have a self-service section in our café, à la carte menu in the Restaurant Finstua and all types of party catering in our lounges.
