It is much more pleasant being in “prison” when you can enjoy delicious meals and wine. Our cuisine is based on traditional food from Norway with a modern twist and inspiration from the Mediterranean. Our chefs work hard to pass on their knowledge of how to best serve our local ingredients. We compile a new menu every week, including fish from our local fishmonger, seasonal ingredients from Norway and dishes which are entirely homemade. We can also tailor-make various menus, buffets and we organise food and wine courses.
