We prepare our dishes according to traditional methods, such as brine-curing, smoking and salting of meat and fish, and fermentation, pickling of vegetables and fruit. We handmake ice-cream and sorbets, selecting all the ingredients ourselves, and these are very popular.
Our restaurant serves a 7-course à la carte menu, varying by the week and using seasonal ingredients. We serve meals outdoors during the summer, including lunches and light meals. For groups of over 10 persons, we provide a 3-course banquet menu in our lounges. Our chefs are very flexible and are happy to propose a variety of menus, with wines to suit.
