Bryggen Tracteursted serves local food culture in historical surroundings with menus inspired by the culinary traditions of old Bergen and the Hanseatic tradesmen.

Among our traditional dishes from Bergen are cod dishes such as Persetorsk and Prinsefisk, Surstek – a beef dish marinated in cultured milk, and regional specialities such as smoked herring, stewed cod and wild lamb.

We are proud to present the history of both our restaurant and our dishes.
