Ski touring at Phillipshaugen

Phillipshaugen Lodge is the perfect base for ski touring adventures in Trollheimen and Sunndalen, located just 50 minutes from Molde Airport.

Here, you can stay in historic surroundings, enjoy cold refreshments, locally sourced food, and a warm sauna after a day of ski touring. In close proximity to the lodge, you'll find the world's highest coastal mountains, offering ski tours with elevations of up to 1800 meters. Explore fantastic alpine terrains, including classics like Dronningskrona, Kongskrona, and Grøvelnebba. In Øksendalen near the lodge, you can embark on spectacular ski tours such as Fløtatind, Litjskjorta, and Litlgladnebba. Trolltind near Jordalsgrenda is a beautiful and straightforward ski tour that comes highly recommended.

To ensure extra comfort after a day in the mountains, we've included a sauna package containing two hours in a private sauna, the chef's tapas, a glass of red wine or beer, a bathrobe and towel, a bottle of water, and essential oils. You can arrange the sauna booking time at the reception upon arrival.
