Cuisine at Walaker Hotel

We mainly used local produce, available on request. The hotel is located on the Lustrafjord, and there we fish crayfish and buy eel from the local fishermen.
We serve homemade apple juice and raspberry nectar from Urnes farm, and jam made from 8 different types of berry and fruit from the hotel garden.
White and brown goat’s cheese made locally at Veitastrond is a very popular feature and one guests often request.
