Solstrands’ cuisine offers both west Norwegian specialities and continental dishes. The hotel has strong links with its coastal culture and is especially found of serving fish, seafood, lamb, venison and fresh fruits and vegetables. We are proud to serve local produce, such as lamb from “Hardinglam” in Hardanger, Norwegian chevre produced at Haukeli, mountain trout from Hardangervidda. Furthermore our chefs prepare their very own special stocks to form the basis for soups and sauces.
We are pleased to offer a rich and varied lunch buffet, a nice selection of menus and à la carte. First-class seasonal produce in combination with good wines and personal service provides for a memorable dining experience at Solstrand!
