Our guests have been able to enjoy the hotel’s location on Sola Beach for 90 years. At the same time, the hotel is an attraction in itself, and has been described by many of our guests as a ”cultural jewel”, an appellation we are proud of, and believe is richly deserved.

The hotel used to be a favourite destination for prominent Englishment, and was known among the upper classes as an exotic course location. Today Sola Strand Hotel is a firstclass hotel whose distinctive historical features, dating from its origins are preserved in the reception area and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the meeting and conference facilities ultra-modern. We have rooms seating from 4 - 200 people, and cater for a total of 350 guests for conferences and meals.
