At Hotel Norge, our chefs prepare local specialities and continental dishes. We choose to use mainly local suppliers and focus on a varied menu based on the best ingredients available in season. Every dish served is made from the very start, and our chefs have developed their own stocks to use for soups and sauces. We serve Liveche breast of chicken from Stange farm, fillet of Hereford beef supplied by Jens Eide butchers in Lillesand, and all the delicacies of the sea supplied by the fish expert Reinhartsen in Kristiansand. And you will often find the aroma of homebaked apple cake wafting around the hotel - baked using apples from the hotel's own orchard.
Our chefs are extremely flexible and are always pleased to cater for guests' requests, even when not on the menu. And our catering service has provided delightful meals and drink for many guests both out on Saltholmen lighthouse and on the many islands in the famous boating channel, Blindleia.
Hotel Norge has a varied menu and a rich selection of wines. During the summer, guests can enjoy their meals in the "Haven" or garden.
