Cuisine at Grotli Høyfjellshotel

Our mountain setting makes its mark on the menu at Grotli, where common features are reindeer, moose, grouse and cloudberries. We also serve traditional homebaking originating from the mountain village of Skjåk, with flatbread, griddle cakes, soured-cream flatbread and "avletter" biscuits. We also serve many different types of fish, both on the menus and as part of the buffet - a popular feature among guests.
