Cuisine at Grand Terminus

Meals and refreshments are served in the classical and beautiful Brasserie and Whisky bar.

Our cuisine is high quality, and our chefs make exclusive use of Norwegian quality ingredients to create culinary delights. For more than a decade, the hotel has served meals to the most discerning of customers from banking and finance, and we have accumulated our expertise over time, not least with a number of banquets served in the Grieghallen hall nearby.

The Grand Whisky Bar has Bergen’s largest selection of whiskies along with other refreshments such as beer, wine and mineral water. Guests can also choose from the extended bar menu, with main courses ranging from NOK 80 to NOK 130.
