Our chefs prepare every dish from the very beginning and use seasonal ingredients, creating menus based on seasonal availability. As a member of the Arctic Menu, a network of 31 enthusiastic restaurants in Northern Norway, we aim to make use of traditional and innovative dishes based on local ingredients and produce. Our culinary philosophy is founded on access to the world’s best and freshest produce.
