Food & Wine courses at Fossheim Turisthotell

Imagine a whole weekend full of aroma, flavour, experiences and impressions. Spend the day learning all about food and food culture then relax in the evening with a delicious meal and a glass of wine. We arrange courses in spring, autumn and winter. Our chefs, Kristoffer Hovland and Ståle Johansen, have many years’ experience, are proud of their profession and pass on their skills and knowledge in a fascinating and entertaining way.

Fossheim also has an impressive wine cellar. Our hotelier, Svein Garmo, is Fossheim’s very own wine connoisseur and self-taught wine specialist, and is very proud of his wine cellar.
