Our chefs, Kristoffer Hovland and Ståle Johansen, have many years’ experience, are proud of their profession and pass on their skills and knowledge in a fascinating and entertaining way.
Fossheim also has an impressive wine cellar. Our hotelier, Svein Garmo, is Fossheim’s very own wine connoisseur and self-taught wine specialist, and is very proud of his wine cellar.
