Fefor Høifjellshotell AS is a traditional hotel, and we therefore feel it is natural for us to have a traditional philosophy towards food. We therefore focus on good Norwegian food, all homemade.
However, we do have the expertise to cater for special requirements, whether a light meal or a top class celebration menu of several courses. We also work closely together with local suppliers, bringing a local flavour to our food.

When it comes to wine, we cooperate with a local wine supplier who does his utmost to select wines which harmonise with the dishes on our menus.
