The menus prepared at Dr Holms Hotel reflect traditional dishes in modern clothing – and with a hint of French cuisine. They all feature good, fresh Norwegian ingredients and harmonious flavours, accompanied by the perfect wines.
We also prepare buffets – seafood specials or our abundant Christmas buffet – also prepared using Norwegian ingredients from sea and mountain. Lamb from Hallingskarvet and cheese from Hemsedal are among the produce from local suppliers.
Our breakfast buffet is also rich in local goods including homemade apple juice made from apples from Hardanger.
