At our hotel, we pride ourselves on serving top quality meals, on tables laid with pristine white cloths – a culinary experience.

Our menus are inspired by both the fine art of French cuisine and modern Norwegian cooking. Dishes with an international character are served using local ingredients of fish, game and lamb. Wild berries from the surrounding area – Norway’s best strawberries are grown near Dalen. Local specialities with a different twist, keeping to Norwegian traditions but providing a surprise for the palate and eye.
