Outdoor activities

We provide rowing boats free of charge for guests who want to go fishing on the Bandak lake. The record for trout was set in 2003, at 15.5 kg. You can also go trout fishing in the river running through Dalen, fly fishing, spinning bait fishing and otter fishing also permitted. Low price fishing licences.

The hotel has croquet, nature trails, rowing boats. Trip to Rui where the Rui girls who met the king lived (1/2 hour walk).
Ravnejuv gorge with its special air current, approx. 10 km.
The Telemark canal, trip on the canal boat from Dalen to Skien or Skien to Dalen (summer only).
Åmdals Verk (from 1540) – mines with trail and museum. 15 km.
