Restaurant "The kitchen"
Type of cuisineWe named our restaurant Kjøkkenet, or The Kitchen. Our chefs prepare homemade dishes based on local ingredients and traditions. It feels like going home to your mother’s kitchen, as you walk in and see the light from the open fire.
We aim to provide our guests with a culinary experience from a time gone by. We collect our recipes from coastal areas and create and serve dishes just as our mothers used to, in a very relaxing and comforting atmosphere.
